Steve Martin knew my wife and I were interested in possibly moving if the perfect house appeared, but we were also resigned to beginning a major rehab in our current house. Steve was aggressive in finding us a property... that's good. He was the first to notify us of new listings of interest so we were able to see them fast in our tight market. We dropped two other agents who had contacted us from our open house visits, in favor of Steve because he was so quick to identify new properties.

I walked into the office and he was working the floor. He sent me a couple listings that night, and we looked at one the following day, for the house we ultimately wound up buying.

Steve was always available. I never waited more than an hour or two for a call or email to be returned, and no question was too ridiculous or out-there for him to answer.
